About Raymond Taxpayers AssociationAre you having trouble paying your taxes? Do you feel that taxes are out of control? Do you think that the town budgets should be limited to available resources rather than on spending desires? Do you believe that spending and taxes at all levels of government should be reasonable and controlled by those who pay the bills - the taxpayers? Help US Help YOU!!! The Raymond, NH Taxpayers Association was formed by group of Raymond taxpayers, including Peter Buckingham, Wayne Welch, and Ted and Diane Janusz in August of 2007. A non-profit organization, all dues and funds raised will go towards running the association. There will be no employees as this is a an organization run by the membership. If so, come and join us as we find new solutions to these problems. The RTA is looking for members who want to be included in this endeavor. If you are a Raymond, NH taxpayer, regardless of residence, you are welcome to join. Join Raymond Taxpayers AssociationDues are $20.00 per year for individual membership, $30.00 per couple, $50.00 for small businesses and $100.00 for large businesses (over 50 employees). In special circumstances, such as hardship or inability to pay, dues may be waved by the Executive Committee. Regular meetings shall be held bi-monthly and special meetings may be called at any time by the Executive Committee. Members will be notified as to the time and place at least three working days in advance of each meeting. The purpose of the RTA is to create an organization of men and women who share, support, promote and defend a non-partisan, fiscally conservative, constitutional approach to government at all levels, to educate the general public on issues relative to taxes, spending, the benefits of fiscal restraint. We believe that government should be responsible and accountable, serving the needs of its citizens in a measured and reasonable manner. The growth of government spending and taxation must be brought and kept under control, with budgets based on available resources rather than on spending desires. Spending and taxes of all levels of government should be reasonable, controlled by those who pay the bills - the taxpayers. We welcome donations large and small. They may be sent to:
